FMA Counterweight
This classic helmet FMA counterweight pack is often used together with the FAST helmet as a more neck-friendly accessory. The purpose of the counterweight pack is to help users rebalance their helmets and provide a convenient way to carry batteries or other small items. It can be installed on the rear two screw holes of the ARC rail and the rear Velcro. Each counterweight pack contains five 70g counterweight blocks. Users can also remove the counterweight blocks and replace them with various types of batteries. The fixed position uses elastic bands, which can accommodate AA or AAA batteries or CR123A batteries. The pack itself weighs 35 grams and has Velcro patches on the outside. It can be used to attach IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) markers or reflective patches. The purpose of the counterweight pack is to prevent excessive weight on the front of the helmet, which can cause discomfort to the user's neck.
